360 Degree Virtual Tours

Our favourite technology for selling homes online is 360 degree virtual tours. We work closely local professional photographers who have some fancy & super expensive cameras that create amazing walk through tours of our properties. Here is an example of an apartment we recently sold in Southport Central. The apartment was sold under the hammer for a fantastic price, and the 360 degree virtual tour played a big part in attracting all the buyers and generating more competition for a higher final price.

Virtual Open Homes & Property Videos

Now that we're no longer allowed to run physical open homes, video walk-through's are the next best thing. We're doing a mix of professional property videos which we outsource to our amazing videographer, as well as detailed walk-through videos which our agents & property managers capture on their phones while describing the features of the property.
