After an intensive four week marketing campaign managed by Joe Farr & assisted by Dianne McMaster, we had a fantastic turnout at the Runaway Bay auction. With two active bidders and a few more registered hoping for a bargain, a final price of $1,050,000 was achieved for this project home.

It has been an exciting few months, with two waterfront properties recently sold under the hammer in Runaway Bay by the Platinum Properties team, as well as a surge in sales across the Gold Coast & south side of Brisbane of all property types - from small apartments to waterfront mansions and all things in between.
